Rappresentante di Classe starts from the phone
Class reps usually do the job from their phone: a notice to pass to the group, a date to remember, two families to check with. I rebuilt Rappresentante di Classe from scratch starting there, with five tabs: Avvisi, Agenda, Quote, Rubrica and Altro.
Every notice has its own message to share in the class group, with the WhatsApp preview showing while you write it. Private reminders go out to one family at a time. Replies to events and fee payments are ticked off student by student.
The announcement editor also has an AI assistant, which writes the announcement from a couple of lines of notes or touches up one that is already there, following the style chosen for the class, more formal or more relaxed. The text stays a draft: you read it over, change what you need and publish, and if it isn’t right Annulla puts it back as it was.
The roster is imported from a CSV file, with a preview of what changes, and parents follow the agenda through the calendar link. The new school year opens without retyping the roster, and the data can be exported or deleted along with the account, so in September you pick up right where you left off.
The draft message prepared from a circular in Compiti & Co arrives in Rappresentante di Classe and stays there even when you go through sign-in, ready to review and send to the group.
