I redesigned the Pencil dashboard in a printed-page style: serif headings, hairline cards, quieter charts. Every screen now has a one-click toggle between light and dark theme.

Menu Mensa now says clearly when the new school year’s menu hasn’t been published yet, instead of showing an empty week.

I renamed the Work section to Projects and updated the page addresses in Italian and English. The old links redirect to the new pages.

I published a skill that updates CLI, marketplaces, plugins and skills in one go, listing at the end whatever is left to fix by hand.

I created a new skill that automatically updates all the installed ones, reorganizing their names under a single prefix to keep them tidy.

I added a new skill that walks you step by step through upgrading a project’s dependencies.

Company comparison on Pencil now includes external reviews as well. When there is little data, it shows a lower confidence level.

I added the withdrawal button to comply with art. 54-bis of Legislative Decree 209/2025. It has an explicit confirmation step, clear labels and copy strictly in Italian.

I refreshed the Pencil panel: it now shows data trends over time, a feedback funnel and the report closing cycle. The PDF export got a brand-new layout too, aligned with the brand style.

L’Aquila 2026 now aggregates events automatically from external sources (such as the regional tourism portal). I also made it possible for users to submit their own events, which go through a moderation queue before going live.

I added an interactive map to the Abruzzo Incoming tour archive, making it easier to explore what’s on offer across the region.

I updated the dish cards in Menu Mensa: every dish now has its own reference icon and a table with the official LARN nutritional values.

L’Aquila 2026 can now be queried by voice. I built an Alexa skill that tells you what’s on: just say «apri agenda L’Aquila».

I switched on the automatic submission of electronic receipts to the Italian Revenue Agency for every e-commerce order, building a management queue to track their status.

I added push notifications to Menu Mensa to keep subscribers up to date on the daily menu.

I rewrote the booking flow on Zampe Felici: there’s now a guided path where owner and dog are picked in cascade, and if they don’t exist yet, you create them on the fly without ever leaving the screen.

I integrated the SumUp POS terminal into Elleapostrofoa: every transaction is now matched automatically to its receipt, and I wrote a step-by-step setup guide.

Made-to-order products on Elleapostrofoa now have a popup form to request a quote, with automatic email confirmations.

I reworked the L’Aquila 2026 home page to show a daily selection of events with a short text summary. It now works offline and can be installed on iPhone.

The Income section landed on Zampe Felici: payment history, outstanding balances and quick payment right from bookings. I also added financial indicators to the dashboard.

I turned Menu Mensa into a PWA: it now installs on your phone like a real app and works offline too.

I added weather data to Pencil’s business analytics dashboard, so you can cross revenue, reviews and weather conditions.

I made Zampe Felici installable as a PWA on phones and tablets, so it opens straight from the home screen.

I built Pencil’s rewards system: the venue decides what to offer in exchange for feedback, and every redemption request goes through a dedicated approval flow.

The Pencil dashboard now analyzes feedback sentiment and, by crossing the data, suggests actions on the individual products sold. I also added the option to switch this analysis on or off item by item.

In Pencil, feedback now starts entirely from the receipt, uploaded as a photo or PDF. The system recognizes the products, checks the purchase is real, and only then lets you leave your opinion and unlocks the rewards.

I synced ESB Link transfers with the Cessione API, handling beneficiary assignment computed by installment and type of ownership.

I updated Tokebì to manage and split tax credits by yearly installment.

I switched on the scoring algorithm in Tokebì: it computes each case’s score automatically and assigns a sequential number to sort them in the table.

I added a contract cancellation procedure to Tokebì, usable even after the digital signature has been applied, to allow fixing mistakes in a case.

I added the mandatory anti-money-laundering self-certification: it’s now required upfront, from both seller and buyer, before a credit transfer can be completed.

Tokebì is officially in production! Document upload, the digital signature integration and the budget monitoring dashboard are all live.

I introduced multi-tenant customization in ESB Link: the look and settings of the back-office now depend on the client company that logs in.

I improved the activation flow in Air2Bite: the form now lists the available packages. If the area isn’t covered, a contact form collects the lead.

The purchase section is live on Tokebì: I prepared the credit catalog, the cart with its amounts summary and the automatic document generation system.

I added anti-money-laundering checks to ESB Link for credit transfer cases managed on the platform.

I updated the document generation system: it can now produce comfort letters too.

I added transfer management to ESB Link, introducing the new Buyer and Transfer entities. A transfer can be triggered from an app, a pool, or manually by the user.

Person records now support multiple owners: alongside the main one I added co-owners, plus a new document format that can be attached to profiles.

I added a tool to ESB Link to check ENEA PDFs in one click, without ever leaving the case sheet.

I updated the work-progress module: it now includes the mandatory price-fairness certification.

I released the SAL (work progress) module on ESB Link. The system now handles completion percentages, binding documents and phase transitions on its own.

I added a preliminary feasibility phase to case management, tied to a validation note that updates the dossier automatically.

I redesigned the case sheet on ESB Link: it now shows the full amounts table and the history of status changes, letting you move to the next phase right on the page.

I’ve collected updates on my projects here from 2020 onwards, as far back as I can reconstruct them. I started making websites on my own in 2002, joined an agency in 2007 for six years before setting up my own business in 2014. Back then I uploaded everything over FTP, dragging a folder onto the server, without keeping a release history. There’s more about those years in About.
